Yet another Google maps hack
Has everybody but me seen the gmaps pedometer?
It's pretty cool - you can see just how far you walked when you took that long walk. I would've killed for this back when I was doing the VisionQuest walks.

Happy Birthday, Sam Hale
So Sam is 33 years old today.
Wherever you are, and whatever you're doing, I hope you're having fun. Have a good one man.

5:00 am is so productive
So here's a thought that arrived during one of the early morning feedings...
What if we did a monthly Saturday thing? Say, second Saturday of the month? We could pick an external, family-friendly venue (zoo, aquarium, park, beach, etc) and anyone who was interested would just join in. We took Caitlyn to the aquarium a couple weeks ago, and she seemed to appreciate some of the fish we could get close to. Seems like something that could be fun for older kids (Franny, Gia) or who are just older kids (you know who you are).
Not that this would replace the Wednesday thing. We still expect all those without Top Model committments to show up tonight.

New Years
New Years is coming again and the question of what is going on this year was presented to me by one of my remaining single friends, Kris. Just curious and wanted to throw the idea out there about ideas for New Years. I realize most of you may be busy with families and other engagements. Speaking of families, congratulations again to Eric and Jenny for their new addition to there family, Zola Eloise Swanson.
Also, whoever is the admin (Swanson?) can you send an invitation to Brad? I don't think he has access to the blog. Brad.W.Joss@intel.com
Hope all are well,
Stace
